I stopped watching his content back in 2017, I always found his humor a lil questionable and when I saw the way he interacted with the news reporter I was done. I hated him after that and kinda forgot about him the years after. A couple months ago I discovered Dream and his friends and their SMP, with one day KSI visiting the SMP. I thought he was funny and looked up his YouTube channel, only to discover his 'beef' with the Paul brothers. Now, 3 years after I stopped supporting Jake I found this video and tbh I dont know what to think about him. His actions in the past are awful and there is a lot of evidence he is an evil person, but especially after hearing that podcast in the end I think I finally see the true Jake Paul. He is broken, he is on the edge of a cliff and sees thousands of people who wanna push him off. His friends come and go, there isnt anyone steady in his life that he can build on, who he can trust. I hope he finds the help he needs, I still dont like him but I cant just watch someone suffer, how horrible his actions might be. I dont think he will recover from all the hate he got over the past years and maybe he shouldnt, cause most of it was well deserved. But I do hope he will, one day, mentally be in a better place

Jake seems awful as a person

It's very clear that he struggles with a lot of issues, and being raised by a father that tells you if you're not #1 then you're useless. When I was younger I was an awful person, but when nobody talks to you, you figure out you have to change. In his case, he is an awful person and got paid for it. So there's no catalyst for change. He's still young enough to change that mindset and to figure out how lonely it gets when you push away and exploit everyone around you. But I truly do wish him the best.

I only really heard of Jake Paul because of his Ben Askren boxing match tbh. If you were trying to burn the guy and make him look bad it did the opposite for me. Good lil documentary though. Think about it He had the balls to move from burbs of Ohio to LA while still in highschool, slowly build social media following, then get rich off that Youtube money + some Disney TV show gig + sponsorship deals. I always thought he was some spoiled rich LA kid with his parents money from the stuff i saw about him on the internet. Then they decided Logan will be the good guy and Jake the bad guy to get more followers. That's pretty smart. Dude just has to be very careful not go to jail over something stupid. I guarantee there's a bunch of people who would love to put his ass in jail, sue him, start some shit with him at the club when he's drunk and all that.
